Ready to apply?  Follow the instructions below:

• Check the policies to be sure you qualify.
• Fill out an application in person, or download and print.  You can drop off at the office, e-mail or mail your completed application.

• Pay your $48.50 application fee (credit or debit card preferred, or please pay via personal check, cashier's check or money order; no cash accepted). 

• There is an additional $19.00 charge for a co-signer.
• We will always let you know prior to sending an application for processing.  We will only process an application if there is an apartment available. Once your application is approved, we’ll contact you with next steps to reserve your apartment/schedule a move-in date.
